Ive been coming to Bayside Spine & Sport now for several weeks.Justin is a professional and has completely improved my quality of life, not only have I learned how to take care of my nerve damage through various stretches, Ive actually felt progressively better as I follow his advice and instruction. Which is a big deal for me because before coming here I felt like I had tried everything.

Dr. Wilcox was very knowledgeable about how to help me my back recover. Hes extremely understanding and flexible and will help you adjust to the right schedule. My back has been feeling better and he works with me whenever a workout is putting too much strain. Hes extremely communicative whenever a work out may be strenuous or whenever the work out is putting too much stress on my injury. Thanks Doc! We appreciate your fine work
