Functional Performance Institute - Chiropractic & Sports Medicine

I have never been to a chiropractor before and was a bit nervous. I injured myself while working out and my primary care could not do much for me. I was referred to Dr. Colton Krone & im so glad i went. He was very thorough and reassuring, I ended up just laughing the entire time I was being adjusted. I also left with some education on how to Still work out while waiting for my back to fully recover. I also feel more Positive & calm. I'm not sure if that is a common side effect or if it was just the energy of the doctor. Highly recommend Everyone go to the chiropractor even if there's nothing wrong you may still need adjusted!

Colton is an amazing chiropractor! I had always grown up doing physical therapy when I was injured but when I was in a car accident recently it was mentioned to me that I should try a chiropractor. Not only was Colton very thorough in discussing a treatment plan with me, he was always very easy to schedule with, and clear about next steps. Whether you are looking for a chiropractor for maintenance or if you have been in an accident recently and need help rehabbing Colton is your guy! His office is also very centrally located in San Diego so thats very helpful as well!

Dr. Colton is a top tier Chiropractor! Saying he is the best in the business is an understatement. He is highly knowledgeable and knows how to communicate well with his patients. Which makes its easy to understand whats going on with your body and easy to talk to. 10/10 highly recommend!

When I came to see Dr Colton, the pain in my lower back was near unbearable. I wasnt sleeping through the night, putting on pants was an incredibly painful experience. Even bending over to brush my teeth was painful. He helped me find the root cause and over a short period of time he was able to help me completely heal. I remember the day when I realized I hadnt thought of pain almost all day and I was so thrilled. What I love about Dr Colton is he gave me exercises and stretches to do at home that were a huge part of my healing. His goal was to get me to a place where I was seeing him less! And because of that I trusted that he was really here to help me and he absolutely did! He also incorporated mental wellness into our practice and I very much appreciated it. I would recommend Dr Colton to anyone and everyone!
