I had an appointment today (April 8,2024) at 11:00 AM. When I checked in to the facility a female representative asked me if I had an appointment. I told her that my appointment was at 11:00 AM. She stated it doesnt show in their system. I told her that I had called the previous week on Thursday (April 4,2024) and made the appointment for today. She told me that she doesnt recall. I provided her my phone number and she said that it shows in their system that I call them on Thursday but she said that I didnt make an appointment. She was very rude and inconsiderate because she wasted my time. I drove 30 minutes to get to the facility. She had a terrible customer service. She didnt apologize that she hadnt put my info in the system, instead she said that she never recalled speaking to me about making the appointment for today. She lied to me and didnt apologize for wasting my time to drive to their place. She refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake. She basically stated that I was the one that showed up there for no reason. I strongly recommend not going to this place because the staff members are inexperienced and their customer service is absolutely terrible. It was a waste of time going there. I waited five days for my appointment only to find out that they didnt schedule me an appointment and on top of that blaming me for their mistake. Horrible customer service.

Wow! what a great appointment. I learned a lot about back and neck health and I feel great. I will be going back every week to keep this level of health going. Can't say enough about Hannah and the rest of the team. If you have back or neck pain, get up and head on in to NuSpine in Hillcrest.
