The whole team is great! Couldnt recommend them enough for a massage. I go monthly and its definitely helped improve my workouts and training.

Danny is an amazing massage therapist and I highly recommend his services. I have several old sports injuries and his massages have helped to get the muscles relaxed so that I can now strength train and help prevent further injuries and mobility issues. I have also attended one of Upgrade's sponsored sunset yoga events. I really enjoyed the yoga and breath work sessions along with a nice sound bath at the end of a relaxing evening in the park with friends. 5 stars for sure!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Upgrade. The location is very easy to find with ample parking available in their lot. The facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained! I was greeted upon arrival by my massage therapist, Tamra, and everybody who I came into contact with was incredibly pleasant. Tamra was incredibly skilled and paid close attention to my trouble areas (upper back, neck and hamstrings). I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! I would recommend and will definitely be back!
