Was suspicious to order from a ghost kitchen because of how bad its just wings (chilis) was. But was pleasantly surprised. Amazing wings here

This place made it hard just to order my food. I live across the street so I just wanted to try their wings from Lazy Dog, but the first receptionist which was a guy took the order but made it seem like it was a problem, then once he got the order together, placed me on hold. Then a woman picked up and asked what was the problem, I thought I just made an order. So she placed me on hold again. Probably was on hold for 10 minutes until I called on my other phone while still being on hold. Then the guy on this phone was giving me the same issue so I think it was the same worker but I dont know if they were new, if it was them being racist from my voice and didnt want to service me, or if they dont have their place in order to function properly but either way, it should not have been this much of an issue to make an order. Even online ordering didnt make sense because it wouldnt let me pick up my order but I could have them deliver or do curbside, yet Im just walk-in from my condo across the street. I dont think I will be checking this place out ever. Weird and no customer service, why have employees at a service industry and not knowing how to serve?
