My wife and I rented a car for our exit from the reception at our wedding at Green Gables Wedding Estate in San Marcos, CA on May 11th. It was a short drive to our hotel, but we didn't want to rent a rideshare with all of our luggage or ask any of our guests to drive us. Despite the just 5-minute drive, they were willing to drive us and the rate was affordable. Also, the driver was extremely patient with us as we attempted to round up all of our belongings and said goodbye to guests for the hundredth time. She stayed after our allotted rental time and didn't charge us any extra.

This review is simply because they never even returned my call. Can't really speak to advice much worse than that!!!

Left messages and sent an email requesting services for a wedding and never got a call back or email.. So sad after reading all these good reviews!

Wow.  I usually travel in style, but Black Star really raised the bar! Immediately getting into a very well maintained BMW, with all the amenities in it, I needed to make an unexpected stop.  My driver, Greg was very accommodating.  The car was top notch and most importantly Greg was very friendly, professional and gave the best service.  I hired Black Star for the next day when I needed car service when I originally was going to Uber everywhere! Well worth it!! I highly recommend them!
