Matthew Lemas CPA & Associates

Ive read the reviews on here and it truly saddens me. I have been a client for at least 6 years and Matt and his team have always been good to me. Saying that, I think perhaps all the referrals he has had over the years may have them a bit overwhelmed. I hope they are doing okay because this is the first time I havent been able to get a hold of them. Hopefully theyll get back the same awesome team we all loved and remember.

Worst company. Never filed our taxes, unable to reach them for weeks!

DONE! After 6 years of using Matt and singing his praises we are done. We scheduled our appointment A YEAR IN ADVANCE and had it on Feb 2nd with his assistant. No reply or follow up from Matt. After about 25 attempts we got his assistant on the phone on the 6th of April. After explaining our situation he said, Wow thats way too long, Matt needs to get on this ASAP. If you dont hear from us by next Friday- call us again. Shocking- we havent heard anything and the phone numbers go straight to voicemail. Dont waste your time here

We had out appointment in February and realized a week before the deadline our Federal taxes had not been filed. I called and emailed many times every number and email I could find, and even stopped by the office (it was closed even though normal business hours). It's now past the deadline and my taxes are not filed. I'm happy to take this down if I can get a return phone call to sort this out. Also, we waited 4 hours (not exaggerating!) to be seen for our scheduled appt in Feb.

Fed up with the lack of responsiveness and communication. They don't reply to your calls or emails. Appointments are late and there is absolutely ZERO communication. I've been a client for 5 years now and the initial years were okay, but for some reason now it is has become so bad to the point where I'm not even sure how they are still in business.
