        Do not go with T-mobile. Very disappointed with the service. No flexibility once you sign up and they take your money. Less than 24 after I buy one of their most expensive phones the next model phone was released. They had no flexibility to allow me into that promotion instead. LESS THAN 1 DAY! I was even willing to pay the restocking fee. The employee there was nice but did not think to mention a new phone is dropping the next day. Apparently the third extra line I got doesn't qualify for the promotion I missed by LITERALLY 3 HOURS! The store was small and people standing around awkwardly for over an hour while these 2 poor overworked employees did there best. Completely understaffed. Probably why she failed to mention the better promotion starts tomorrow. I was with att for over 12 years and this is how t-mobile wants to begin our new relationship. Super disappointed.
