Exploring San Diego's Catholic churches led me to Christ the King last Sunday. What an amazing experience!The service was truly uplifting, especially with the incredible gospel choir. Their voices filled the beautiful church with such joy and energy. It was definitely a highlight of my visit.
Christ the King is surprisingly accessible by public transportation, making it a great option for anyone. And if you're looking for a service with a vibrant, Baptist-inspired feel, this is the place to be. The 8:30 am Mass on Sundays is where the choir shines! Plenty of parking.

It's supposed to be a Catholic church but has major Baptist vibes. The priest you can barely understand him. They should get a Spanish speaking priest that you can understand easily, for the Spanish mass. It's not hard to request one. SAN DIEGO has lots of Spanish speaking priest but somehow they don't go to Christ the king Baptist church
