They do a really good job. The carpet looks the most clean its been in years. Would never use any other carpet cleaner. Also we payed them much less than other places that gave us quotes

Genuinely a terrible experience. They're actually not the business they send - they white label work for others. The company they sent cleaned the inside of my couch cushions for some reason and tried to leave without doing the covers, which was essentially the only reason I even called them in the first place. Then they charged me $90 despite saying the service would cost between $50-$70. Then again, as he tried to leave I had to point out to him that there were many spots that clearly hadn't been touched by the steam cleaner. Really unprofessional.

We called and were assured the tech would move the furniture to clean the carpet. We have a 450 Sq Ft RV and only half is carpet. The tech balked and then asked for an extra 400 dollars to remove light furniture 5 ft.
