Really frustrated and disappointed in this business. I was rescheduled 3 times. I scheduled to have them clean my carpets on the 4th, waited for hours and then got a call saying they could not show up. They rescheduled to come to my home on the 6th from 6pm-8pm. At 7:10 I called and was informed that the tech would call me. The tech called me told me he could not arrive, never got the work order and could come tomorrow at 6:00 AM. He never showed up and never called me. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I had the unpleasant experience of driving near a Superior Carpet and Floor truck towing a trailer. The driver was speeding and cutting people off. It was quite scary given the size of the vehicle complied with towing a trailer. I would not consider using this company due to the unprofessional and dangerous driving done in a company vehicle. Please slow down.

I lived in a historic house and the landlord was keen to itemize deductions from my security deposit at the time I move out. My roommate totally dropped the ball and Superior Carpet & Floor Cleaning showed up the same day to clean the place. The landlord was impressed and I got my deposit back. These guys were punctual, affordable, and they got there the same day to do the job.!
