Ive been using this car wash for several vehicles with the top-notch plan. The staff is very nice but Im extremely upset because a new employee had me back out of the car wash once I was already in the track. It damaged my vehicle and I submitted a claim, havent heard anything from them even though I went and did the accident report. its a shame because I spend over $60 a month and Im afraid to bring my cars back. I will update if I hear from them and let you know how the situation resolves.

Great place for a car wash. Their membership deal for $10/month for the first two months is awesome! Very friendly staff. Really love the vacuums and the free microfiber cloths. Never seen that before.

With each subsequent visit I am left more and more disappointed. There are always no clean towels at the stations, the vacuum cleaners at the last 5 stations do not work at all. employees are not motivated to work and do not want to solve any problems. Yes, buy more of these towels and clean your vacuum cleaner hoses every day! The compressed air stopped working a week ago.
