Budget Car Rental

Do not opt for prepay gas! Very deceptive. They dont tell you (at least they didnt tell me) they charge you for entire tank regardless of how much gas they use. I would rate 0 stars for deceptive practices.

Service at pick up n return of rental was very efficient n the staff was very friendly I would definitely rent again n would recommend them

Yannick saved my life. I left my debit card in the rental car and he worked for at least 30 minutes to return it to me. THANK YOU YANNICK!!!!!!

I Rented at the San Diego Airport and was lied to by the guy at the rental counter. I Was told they only had a 14 passenger van, mini van or a pick up truck and no other cars available. But When I got to the budget lot to pick up the car I did not want I saw they had a few cars and some SUV's on the budget Rental lot. It was late and I was tired and I needed to drive 2 hours so I took the pick up truck . I Rented through priceline so I got a really good deal on my rental. I guess the person at the counter thought I should not get the car I reserved because of the deal i got on priceline so he downgrade me to cars I would never Rent. That pick up truck cost me $100+ to fill up.

Oil light on right after pickup. Battery went dead. Spent over 2 hours contacting emergency services. Given run around. Ended up having friend jump me. Had to leave car running at curb to avoid another jump. Horrible experience. Car not checked for maintenance. Enterprise from now on. No stars.
