        We had dreams of cruising the California coastline in a convertible. With a silky scarf in the wifes hand and a drivers cap in mine we entered Budget Rental, excited to see where the day would take us. When my wife went up to the counter to grab our stang the gentleman told her, We only have a hemi Durango..A DURANGOWe reminded him that we had reserved this specific car, far in advance. We were essentially told that we were out of luck and our California dreaming was up in flames.

        They know how to *take* the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

        Made a reservation 3 months ago. Called us the day before pickup to say the we had to call them to arrange a different pickup locationturns out there are no cars in our entire county for us. Tried to call a supervisor, but they just kept redirecting my call. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
