Never again. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I rented the car through Rentalcars.com, total of $200 for 5 days, I thought this would be the only charge. I waited in line behind THREE people for 45 minutes, got to the counter and was told I needed a credit card on file. I gave the lady my credit card and she said it was for a security deposit, so they took $200 out of my account. I check my bank later and I have two charges one for $200 from Rentalcars.com and one for $225 for Mex. I called to ask about this and the lady said the $225 was for the roadside assistance and insurance??? Insurance and road side assistance was more then the actual car rental??? But they didnt clarify this at the counter! I paid $445 when I was told Id only pay $200. When I was trying to understand from the lady on the phone, she HUNG up on me. I tried to call back and was left on hold for 2 hours. Absolutely the worst car rental agency Ive ever had the misfortune of working with.

Nunca había rentado un auto en el CBX, normalmente me trasladaba al aeropuerto de San Diego para rentarlo, esta vez quise evitarme eso y rentar directamente en el CBX, a pesar de los malos reviews quise darle la oportunidad a esta compañía, por favor no lo hagan, las reservas no sirven de nada, con la mano en la cintura te dicen que no tienen unidades sin importar qué ya hayas pagado por ella, manejan una lista de espera hasta de 3 horas, las mismas personas del mostrador comentan que es una práctica común el sobre vender las unidades por aquello de las cancelaciones, que venden en hasta el triple de su lote de autos. Al final me ofrecieron un auto mucho más grande a un precio especial por el que acabe pagando más del doble de lo que originalmente iba a costar. Eviten corajes, valoren su tiempo y su dinero y no renten con ellos.

Awful service. They will try to force you to take more expensive cars or else you have to wait for an undetermined number of hours or days until they have the car that you reserved. Rude and very disrespectful personnel. Stay away from them. It may appear initially that their prices are competitive but they arent at the end.
