Voice and Video

TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN If I could apply no stars, I would. The production company I work for placed a very large order with Voice and Video last year and only a portion of the order came in. After countless emails and no returned calls we are under the assumption they have taken our money with no plans to return it or fulfill the order which really hurts for a business of our size. I would suggest you look elsewhere before purchasing anything through Voice and Video regardless of what they say to you over the phone. We have debated on writing this review. Hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will come through, but another 4 months has gone by with no response or initiative taken to make the wrong right. Voice and Video - If this will finally get your attention then reach back out to White Wolf Creative. I will gladly delete this once we receive what is owed.

I bought a used item online. When it arrived it was not the model advertised and it was missing critical parts. I emailed and nobody got back to me. I called; the person I talked to was nice but couldn't help me and promised that the owner would get back to me. The owner never did. I emailed again. My conclusion: this might be a fine store to visit in person and maybe a fine place to buy NEW items online, but don't buy used stuff from them or expect responsive customer service.

Hands down the best place to find professional video production equipment or expendables in San Diego. Lots of great brands and a wide variety of gear.
