When you force people to tip, its an immediate 1 star. What service are you providing other than making coffee, which you are hired to do? Did you bring it to my car? No! The lady told me to put a tip in BEFORE I could put my card in. Will not be back. Coffee was good, but service is terrible.

The place was almost empty and I still had to wait 30 minutes for a burrito, the coffee was not the best. Very bad experience

I work up the street and have been here before. Seems that the crew working today is either new, or perhaps forced to work here. none of them seemed to really be into it. Three people behind the counter. All of them with a bad, bad attitude. Moving slowly, and as if they would rather be somewhere else. I approached the cashier, said good morning, no answer. Ordered a smoothie and watched how the other two people preparing the food waltzed around the kitchen doing mostly nothing. A customer already sitting there returned his egg sandwich because it was missing the egg. Took them 15 minutes to get me my smoothie, and it wasnt because they were busy.

I didn't try their sandwiches or acai bowls; I only sampled the cappuccino. I was quite lovely, with just a hint of bitterness but not too overpowering. The "small" coffee size is actually quite generous. Service was friendly and very prompt. The place wasn't too busy on a Thursday at 10 am, there was plenty of seating and ample natural light.

Nice big space to work in, but I'd skip the cortado. It was very diluted for some reason compared to how they're usually made.
