Mind Masters

I've been a member of Mind Masters for over 20 years. Yes, 20 years. The accountability Barbara offers is invaluable. Setting goals every month keeps me on track. The success of my business of 25 years, Premier Photography, has been possible in part because of the member's support, Barbara's content every week and her weekly calls checking on my progress. When you're a small business you need a "staff" of people that care about your business and offer creative ideas to solve problems through the brainstorming part of every meeting. Planning sessions, yearly and quarterly, give me the opportunity to analyze my business, see what is working and what is not, and set up goals to grow. You don't need to stay in Mind Masters for 20 years but it doesn't hurt.

I joined Mind Masters 6+ years ago on the recommendation of a trusted business associate. Meeting with other professionals weekly, not to network or sell your services, but instead to brainstorm and improve your business and update your thinking, has been immensely valuable to my firm, Karl Bimshas Consulting. I have formed great relationships with a group of people who have introduced me to new opportunities. Often there are guests invited to the meetings, which prevents sessions from becoming clique-ish. Members are in various stages of their careers and lifecycles in their business, and the value comes from the diversity of thought. People can share their experiences and remain humble enough to ask for opinions and input on current issues. It's fun to see membership grow, yet the same devotion to positive mindsets and profitable days continue. I highly recommend this organization for solo-prenuers and small business owners experiencing growing pains and aren't sure whom to turn to for help. Mind Masters is the place.

The work I have done with Barbara and Mind Masters over the years has been instrumental in my success as a small business owner. I have been able to take the desire and dreams of being my own boss and make them a reality.
