    Just went to a virtual UPW event. Tony is an amazing speaker. He does probably 25% of the speaking. 20% of the seminar is pitching his other seminars. The other speakers are fine, not great. The event logistics were a complete cluster. Our event package didn't arrive until after the event started. His software had a confusing UI getting signed up and knowing what to do before the event started. No response from his customer service reps about what to do or where our package was. No email tracking number, as stated there would be. The package was missing items. No itinerary other than conflicting start times. He started 2 hours late. The entire first day had NO breaks. So you had to miss content to go the bathroom or eat. The next day had breaks but they didn't tell you there would be any, so we ate before the breaks started. We didn't know if there would be other breaks. It was the worst planned seminar I have ever been to. Their (unpaid) volunteers even had a name for their logistical ineptness. They called it Tony time. Translated, it means that Toni is happy to let 40k people get up in the middle of the night to see him and make them twiddle their thumbs while he he gets his stuff together. Do better Tony, you and your customers deserve it.

    I recently had a terrible experience with Robbins Research International (RRI) that left me feeling extremely disappointed. After being offered a Date with Destiny package, RRI refused to accept my order just eight days later due to an "increase in price". I also told them that an illegal copy of the whole event is for sale on the internet that I am not willing to buy and that I would love to buy the original product. The customer service representative did not care: "As for [buying an illegal copy on ...] if that is the option/route you choose totally understand. Your decision to make." and "If you choose to save money going that route that is your choice/decision." What's worse is that the customer service representative did not forward my mail to the lead as I requested, but instead chose to cut off communication altogether: "Michael you will not be receiving a call and I will not be replying any further." When I was attending Unleash the Power Within (UPW) in 2022, Tony Robbins was outstanding in his delivery and message. Although there was a lot of upselling during the event, Tony's energy and insights were exceptional. Thats why I chose to attend DWD too. It's a shame that my experience with RRI's customer service team was not reflective of the high standards that Tony sets in his events. My experience with RRI has left me with a negative impression of the company as a whole. By neglecting my requests and cutting off communication, they've shown that they're not interested in maintaining a positive relationship with their customers. Is it Business Mastery to lose a customer this way and dont care about illegal recordings maybe even violating attendees privacy? I certainly doubt it.

    I really don't want to be writing this review, but I feel that I really should to anyone thinking about signing up for coaching. I signed up and all went well. Ok, not great, because reaching my coach was challenging, emails sometimes not being responded to for days, so there was that. But the MAIN ISSUE is about deciding to quit. The contract has pretty clear terms for termination, and as someone with a legal education, I saw that I could terminate pretty easily. However once I did announce, I received several communications and was told that they 'REQUIRED THAT I GO THROUGH A DE-BRIEFING', despite that this is not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. What does that mean? I means that they use a "pressure" technique to keep customers, like car dealerships and bottom dwelling gyms. I was very bothered by this B.S. explanation about the "requirement of a debriefing" and quite frankly, it ensures I would never try it again with them. They should ditch that garbage about a required debriefing and act more honorably. If someone wants to leave, let them go. It really is a low-ball way to treat a customer and it really left a very bad taste in my mouth.
