I really don't know where to start and I am writing this without a proof so forgive me if there are typos...I just opened a new restaurant with the support of Cornerstone Hospitality so I don't have time to proofread ;) Nonetheless, I decided that I wanted to own a restaurant and I had never owned one nor even had a job in the hospitality industry.
