I am in the Executive Assistant Program at Cal State San Bernardino and I absolutely love it! Career Step has offered me a solid and trusting foundation to continue my education. I couldn't be happier with Career Step. They really go above and beyond to ensure that their student's are taken care of. If I ever have a question I just call them up and they are there, they will meet your expectations!!

I've been searching for a career coach for a while and I am glad I ended up working with George. His strong and impressive educational and professional background got my attention and I was extremely pleased with the results we've achieved with just six sessions. George was able to get to the core of what I was strong at, what I enjoyed doing, my experience and bridge it all together. We've come up with the professional goals and a career plan, refined my social media presentation and used various assessment tools. The sessions were rich, productive and we had a great professional connection and understanding. I plan to continue to work with George on an as needed basis and to use his valuable expertise and feedback.

I was skeptical about hiring a career coach and initially tried going it alone. After going it alone for close to a year I realized I wasnt making progress. Having worked with George for many years in Corporate America I knew he was an extremely intelligent and talented person who I hold in the highest regard. We began with a conversation on how he works with clients, helps identify whats important to them, and develops a roadmap to achieve their goals. Before working with George, I viewed a career coach or executive coach as an expense but what I quickly realized is it isnt an expense but a very important investment in your career. Through scientifically proven methods and steps, George helped me identify the most important aspects in my life and what brings me happiness. Not stopping there we then developed a roadmap and eliminated the opportunities that didnt fit my needs which created a more focused vision. I found this to be very liberating and powerful. The guidance and coaching George provided has been invaluable and has resulted in a clear vision of where I want to go and the steps I need to take to get there. It was also hugely beneficial in my job search. I highly recommend George as a career coach, executive coach, and resource to execute an effective job search.
