I went to buy a dark brown for a costume party. I clearly said the dark brown one, she showed me the blonde option and I said no that wont work... The attendant with a star pimple patch said okay please go to the front, and well ring you up over there. I went the front, she brought up the wig to the cash register I paid $50 for this wig. I get home to put it on as I was getting ready to be Ariana Grande for a pop-star themed bday party. I open the box, and its the blonde wig not what I wanted at all. The receipt says no returns due to Covid.. which has now been deemed no more dangerous that the common flu. I called to leave a voicemail at 8:45pm of course they are closed. But wanted to call to say this is not right and I will be needing a refund. I will change this review if they accept the refund. If not, I will have to escalate this to the highest degree.
