Ive been a customer for years now. Linda was one of my first stylists here. Ive coined the term Linda Take the Wheel, as she always knows what to do with my hair before I even know what I want to do with my hair. Later on, I also started going with Noelle whos also wonderful. Ive never left the salon leaving disappointed because of these wonderful ladies! I enjoy the conversations with them and the assistants. Everyone here is nice and accommodating. The salon is big with high ceilings and cute decorations. They definitely upgraded since their prior location! They offer you all kinds of drinks such as tea, coffee, soda, wine, champagne, etc. Their hair wash room has several chairs and the ambience in there is super calming with low light and calming music. The only thing is that the salon is located on 5th ave in Hillcrest which is a pain for parking unfortunately, but this is not the salons fault. I end up having to pay $20 at the parking garage since my appointments are a little more than 3 hours long. Theres also paid street parking if you can get lucky. Overall, I love this salon and will continue to come back!
