    Edit. They made things right. Id be weary ordering again but they did good The return process is one of the most annoying things Ive ever tried to do. You cannot get someone on the phone. Email communication is sub par. Good products but the terrible customer service experience is enough for me to never order from them and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Such an amazing set up! The shop itself has a great location with solid beach vibes, staff was also super helpful & friendly! The selection of towels was great, found some stuff that wasnt even on the website so highly recommend a trip to the location!

    My brother got the beach blanket and its amazing, so I decided to place an order and bought $500 worth of Sand Cloud products. When the order finally arrived I opened it the same day and noticed some items were missing from the order. I immediately contacted them and waited for a response. After 4 days, I reached out again. It has now been 8 days and still no response. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the price point. I am planning to return the entire order because I cant imagine having to deal with customer service again should there be any issues. I wish I would have read the negative reviews on here before ordering. From the responses, it looks like they brought in a new head of customer service (Amy) a year ago but apparently there are still major issues with their customer service given all the posts on here about the complete lack of responsiveness. Today, I left a voicemail, and hope to get a timely response. Great products but by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, and thats saying something.

    I wish I could give less than 1 star and that I would have read previous experiences and comments before purchasing from this company. I purchased 2 products to the value of $113, I never received a shipping update or tracking number, 2 weeks later and I have not received the products. After contacting customer services they have insisted that my product has been delivered, they gave me a tracking number that doesnt exist and a supposed delivery driver photo of a house that I do not recognise. I believe they have been fraudulent, taking my money with no intention of sending the items I purchased. Giving bogus tracking numbers and info, apparently my order is coming from Canada, I live in the same city as this company. I have reported them to my bank to see if I can recoup my money. Order from this company at your own risk.

    Ordered a towel for Mothers Day, paid extra for shipping, its been 2 weeks and the towel is still not here. Zero communication from Sand Cloud after reaching out multiple times. I advise not to purchase from this company as they do not care about customer experience. Trying to get a refund and Im getting zero communication. Super frustrating.
