We hired Janks for a pretty significant remodel and with Steve’s vision and his team’s execution, they transformed this old beat up house into a modern paradise for our family. We love the house and no issues after 2 years of living here. Steve and his team remain gracious and accessible the few times we have called about stuff. Thank you Janks!!!!

Honest and straight forward. Of course as I add and or change details timelines may be adjusted which is to be expected. Great craftsmanship and great attention to detail. Excellent work ethic from the crew. Steve Janks, it was a pleasure doing business with your company. I would recommend for any remodel, big or small.

Must be very careful with this contract as they do not always pay their vendors. They don't tell the truth and beat around the bush every chance they get. Very alarming when dealing with real property. Very easy for someone to put a lien against your property! Steve Janks, just pay your bills! Be very aware!

Harlan and I are very pleased with the work you did for us. We thoroughly enjoy living in our condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are so comfortable and beautiful. The tile work, granite, and cabinetry are stunning and we constantly get compliments from all who see it. you completed the work so conscientiously and in such a timely manner that it was a virtually stress- free experience for us, probably due to the expertise and meticulousness of our foreman.

Initially we chose Jank's construction because Steve seemed professional, honest, and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and provided useful recommendations into our kitchen design. In fact, when we changed our minds from purchasing a range to purchasing a cooktop and wall oven, Steve was more than happy to completely rework the kitchen design to improve the work flow in the kitchen. When the work started we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of his team. The project started on time and workers showed up when promised and they kept the work area as clean as could be expected during a kitchen remodel. Work progressed on schedule. When a minor problem would arise, Steve, Craig and his team insured that it was resolved to our satisfaction. Lianne, the designer, was very patient and a tremendous help at finding the right materials for our project. We are very happy with our remodeled kitchen. We will use Jank's Construction for our next project.
