We purchased a double oven and left clear instructions about delivery date. Many attempted calls to the sales rep Jeff Boetig have been ignored by the rep. The department has ignored the requested delivery date. We have a tenant in the property and requested HD not to deliver the appliance until end June 2023 after the tenant vacates, today we received a message from HD they are delivering the appliance today!!!! Between The re Boetig and HD dispatcher it appears the design center is made up of incompetent employees. Boetig is a disgrace the the facility and HD. Boetig continues to decline answering phone calls to his direct line and cell phone. Service: Kitchen countertop installation

My wife and I recently completed a full master bath demo and remodel. We could not be more pleased with work completed by the Home Depot Design Center team. The HD team provide great support through all phases of the project. Arpie managed the interior design work and Journee managed the project and contractors through installation. We love the end results and would strongly recommend that you consider Home Depot Design Center for your remodel needs. Late last year I walked into Home Depot design center to get some ideas on tile as I was planning to do a kitchen remodel. I had an idea in my head as to what I wanted my kitchen to look like but I didnt know where to start. I had previously been ghosted by a designer and a few contractors so I decided to give it a go on my own. After a few minutes I was approached by Christina Robinson, a designer with Home Depot Design, who had an appointment cancellation and had some time available to assist me. Within half hour she put together a presentation for me based on what I was looking for. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! Within a few weeks, I had a complete design presentation prepared by Christina. Carissa drew up the blueprints and I was astounded by her expertise. A few months later demolition began. Project manager Issac Uribe was on top of everything, answering all questions and concerns. He made himself available at any time and came to our house immediately if we had any concerns. He is very professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot Design Center. Even after the remodel wrapped up, Isaac came over a few times to help us with a few minor issues. I have included a few before and after pictures just to show the remarkable work that this team completed in my house. I look forward to working with them on my master bathroom.
