The worst chase bank I have ever been to teller is rude and slow have bad attitude no wonder this place has 3 star, very poor management it took me 45 min to withdraw money from my account I will never go to this place and make sure I report to the higher level of management

I had the worst experience ever with our home closing. They basically kept mentioning that our file is done and has no pending action items even till the last couple of hours prior to closing and eventually did not close our file mentioning that we had some evidence missing; all this is after working with the bank and constantly following up to check that our paperwork was all in place and complete for over a couple of months. And for all the mess that they created I was basically homeless for 3 days for which they have no compensation to offer. Had I missed a payment I am sure I would have to pay a fine for each missed day and would certainly not be excused. We had so many lenders whom we could have gone ahead with and eventually avoided this huge turmoil that we faced. Terrible customer experience and I wish there was a room for negative stars.

I made an appointment. They ran 35 minutes late and once they saw me, the banker rushed through my appointment to address other customers' needs, spending only 5 minutes with me.

Made me wait one hour for a banker! Then told me they had a appointment at 2:30 while I was with the banker. He was very rushed and did not seem to help me whatsoever! Terrible customer service, I’m extremely disappointed by this bank!!!
