U.S. Bank Branch

I wonder, how others were unsatisfied. It was union bank before, and now it has changed to us bank. I think nothing has changed. I go there every month, and never had problem. Mitchell is one of the best. He is kind, patient and will try to solve all your problems.

Im having continuous automatic deposit transaction problems ever since the bank change over! Its frustrating that I can not get a simple automatic deposit to work. Prior to the new bank takeover, I loved Union Bank! Now, Im seriously considering taking my money elsewhere for the lack of a smooth transition on the banks behalf.

This bank used to be so much better as Union Bank. It is now horrible. Atm deposits only work every now and then and force you stand in a ridiculous line. You can see the look on the old Union Banks employees on how disgruntled they are with the whole takeover. Customer service has gone down the drain as it has taken multiple weeks to simply give a confirmation that an account has closed. You can not get anyone on the phone from the US Banks corporate office to help solve a problem and when you do get someone, they rarely help solve you problem. I would never open an account with US Bank and am seriously considering moving all my accounts out of this bank. A real shame that they took over a once good Union Bank, and flushed it down the toilet.
