It's time to hold grandma, Cilette Mitchell, accountable for her actions! She has kidnapped a child and is refusing to return her, falsely claims she has custody, and is wanted by police. Maybe you need to vet people better. I certainly wouldn't want a kidnapper handling anything of mine! Disgusting.
