Torrey Pines Bank

Prudence has always been an exceptional help to my husband and I in dealing with a myriad of issues. When I go to her with a problem or inquiry shes always back in touch expeditiously. I honestly dont know what I would do if Prudence wasnt there, I feel in such good hands with her. We recently had our debit cards compromised while out of town and she handled it immediately and put our minds at ease. This is just one example over the years. What a gem you have!

This is probably the most ridiculous bank I have ever been in. My father brought me to this bank to get an antique bracelet out from his safety deposit box for my mothers birthday. It literally took over an hour for the staff to add me in their system before they would allow him to have access to his own safety deposit box. Seven employees walking around doing nothing but shuffling papers. The whole experience was surreal. We will be moving our safety deposit box in short order. Its remarkable they seem miffed why a customer does not think waiting an hour for them to add a co-signer seems a bit unreasonable.
