Einstein Bros. Bagels

This place is absolutely terrible. Dont post that you open at 6 not open then. Placed an order through the app and waited outside had to knock like 5 times and the employees keep looking back they didnt even have the decency to at least let me know they theyre closed, theyd just look out and ignore. Like at least tell me youre not open yet and dont be so rude. All the employees are terrible. Couldnt quite get his name but is started with a U, Ulysses or something, terrible employee, he should honestly be fired. Guy comes out and tells me theyll probably open at 7. What kind of business opens at a probable time. Honestly funny. Ive worked in customer service for years and have never seen anything like this, absolutely terrible.

Rude and incompetent employees. Began yelling and cursing derogatory terms just because I said that they put the wrong spread on my bagel. Will never be coming back and am going to be filing a complaint with corporate. Taller African-American male with piercings as well as a younger white male on the bigger side, couldnt quite catch their names but they gotta go. Thumbs down.

I came in to get bagels this morning for me and family, very rude employees. Employee named Ulith or something with piercings was one of the worst employees ive come across, im surprised he hasnt lost his job yet. Many of the other reviews seem to agree as well. Not good, ive been to other stores and they were light years better, this one is horrible.

This location is a busy but good one! Even though it was crowded, the girl up front took my order and the owner was there and she was helping get the orders started. I know it's a franchise, but when I see the owner (the girl at the register told me she was the owner) helping and hustling, that shows how much she cares about her business.
