This place is really awesome. When I was screwed over by my dealership because their transmission department was backed up 5 weeks to get serviced (when I had an appointment) I called El Cajon Transmissions to see if they could help me and my car out. I was able to drop my car off that same day and pick it up before the end of the week. They got my car working again and they were very fast. Fernando is great and a pleasure to do business with. I appreciated it because I have a busy work schedule and they diagnosed my car issue and worked to fit the repairs in to their schedule last minute during times that were good for me. Brought my car to get checked out, dude tells me I should get a new transmision. Then he asked me to bring it in so that another employee could further test car and see if it's anything else. How does one decide to recommend a transmission change so lightly when it is one of the most costly things a vehicle has. Dealer asked me to do a flush on trans, then take other proper steps before changing teansmision out.
