Disappointed. They charged me double the retail price for a part. Asked for a quote on how much it would be and only when I dropped off my car they mentioned there is a minimum fee.

The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because no person or business is perfect. However, 1 Way Auto is very close to 5-stars. Exceptional and honest service. Reasonably priced. Far better experience than the larger competitors.

This was the best repair shop that I have ever dealt with. They were honest and explained everything they needed to do. They kept me informed as they found things that had to be repaired. They even kept the parts they replaced so I could see for myself what was replaced. Plan on returning to get the rest of the things my car needs. Service: General repairs & maintenance
