Steve at EuroKlasse is the definition of how to Customer Service. I am currently overseas and my BMW F82 is with Steve and his team. They have been working on my car for a couple days now and no matter the time difference he has been very responsive to all my questions and has been updating me on every detail of the maintenance/upgrades they are doing and providing me with the pros and cons, based on their experience, of the mods I am interested in getting. Had an amazing experience with Soofy. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met when I comes to performance cars. I recently purchased a g80 m3 and he did amazing work on the car. Very happy with his great customer service and work. Also Soofy has one of the coolest dogs ever! A+++

I'm going to first start off by saying that I am not a mechanic and do not know how to work on cars. I don't have the time nor do I have the equipment at my place to do so, but I do eventually want to get into it to become the true "car guy" and just so I would understand how to work on my own car. I only have basic knowledge of car parts, but no skills in installation. With that being said, I've been looking for a place where I could take my car to for installations, but it's honestly so hard to find trustworthy and honest mechanics out here. Well, look no further friends, Euroklasse is the one! When I first arrived, I felt out of place, since every car surrounding my car was either a G series and/or M series car. Everyone there knew what they were talking about with their cars, including customers, and I'm out here only knowing the basics. Contrary to my belief, every single person made me felt belonged and inclusive. I had a lot of questions, and everyone was willing to help me out or give me advices, especially the owners, Steve and Mo. In terms of the installations, they are quick (1 day turn-around for a lot of installations I requested from them) and all installations had amazing fitments as well. These guys definitely know what theyre doing, and the fact that they are willing to go out of their way to teach me a thing or two and give me some advices says alot about them. You cant find this type of service everywhere, and definitely is rare in the mechanic scene. With all of this being said, Im definitely coming back, and I recommend everyone who owns a beemer to do so as well!
