        terrible service. i bought coolant, oil and filter to do maintenance and asked if i needed any special tool to change the filter. the guy told me no BUT I DO need a special filter wrench (64mm). so now i have an empty crankcase but cannot remove the filter. also, you take used oil but NOT used coolant?! this is the last time i buy from auto zone.
