DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE. I have been doing my taxes here for three years in a row and have paid over a hundred each time to process which is normal. I am student doing FAFSA applications and needed a copy of my 1040 IRS form which they obviously have so I called and asked for an emailed copy. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $105 TO EMAIL ME MY COPY. This is so ridiculous as I have right to access my OWN 1040 which I have already paid for. To top things off SARAHI was snarky and rude. I will be looking more into this issue because I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to my own documents. They'll be hearing from me again. Thanks for trying to take some more of my money and doing nothing at all to help. Unless you want to have problems in the future and want your money taken from you don't support this trash business. My entire family is now cancelling their insurance with fiesta. :)
