The morning was scheduled to leave for my return trip home, some broke my window and broke into my car. We searched all over San Diego and it was going to take days for anyone to fix it. Carlos worked with my insurance team and took me in that day to help me out. The customer service is outstanding and I was able to leave as scheduled. Thank you Carlos to you and your team for your hospitality and great work!

I don't post reviews often, but Carlos at Broadway Auto Glass went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of properly. I had some issues with my claim and State Farm Insurance and Carlos was so helpful in making sure it was a seamless process getting my windshield replaced. He and his staff were professional and did a fantastic job on my repair. If I ever need something in the future, I'll contact Carlos first. The reviews of his business were spot on!
