Frank the service tech took advantage of a female asking for a glass repair. Saying that her glass was Chinese. "You get what you pay for". When the other windows on the vehicle are original and have the same brand on them. FUYAO. He overcharged my child just to put resin on a surface that didn't even crack thru the outer layer of the windshield. Charged 80 bucks for it. It should had been lesser just for the job he did. We will never use their service. Highly recommend using another company.
It took over 2 months to respond to my review?! Wow!!! No, I will NOT take down my review. You want to lie and hide the negativity of your business. Especially when your business took advantage of my daughter.

My youngest daughter is in san diego for college. Her car window was bashed in items stolen. By a transient who still in the area. Marvin got out to her quickly repaired her window. Set me at ease as a mother that she was ok! She said nicest and professional it boosted her spirits. He allowed me to pay over the phone as I'm in northern calif. I would highly recommend this company and it's staff his prices were great and empathy kindness as well as professionalism the best I have encountered in a very long time. And greatly appreciated
