I chose these guys to do my car audio system because they know their stuff. John, the owner, is an expert. The installation was very clean. The best part about it all was having him tune the system. With the tools that he has he made everything sound so perfect, I am very pleased with their work.

Pros and Cons. Pros: Tyler, the Service Guy knows his stuff, is professional and helpful. Instilled confidence in me for the work to be done and the business being able to do it. Provided extra hardware without charging me. Cons: Took longer than I thought it would, so there was miscommunication. I assumed, but Tyler didn't really clarify either. And I can not get through on the business line at all, or leave a message on his work cell because the mailbox is full. This doesn't build trust. Update: Tyler was very proactive in contacting me about my opinions, and has taken steps to correct the problem of contacting them. You should now be able to leave messages. Therefore, I am changing my rating. He is a credit to the business.
