They did work for me years ago when nobody would take my job. I just went in for an estimate today and John gave me great info so that I could decide a course of action. He is really knowledgeable and very friendly. I would not hesitate using them again.

Way overpriced quote to my insurance. Truck sat for a week and half before it even got looked at. (They werent backed up from what they told me)
Will never ever use this body shop. 2nd body shop Ive used in California and this place is not it. Other body shops can do the same quality if not better faster and cheaper.

I accidentally dented my wife's car and ABX and John helped me avoid major familial strife.. I followed the textbook, got three quotes, one was from John and ABX at the suggestion of a friend, and I'm so grateful I did.
John spent the most time with me, educating me on the process, showed me how one of the others was a blatant overcharge (claiming elements would need to be replaced, etc), and gave me the best price and quickest turnaround even.
It seemed almost too good to be true I have to admit, but having just got the car back, it was true, and because they even buffed out the plastic paneling to the original black, it really does look better than when I brought it in.
This is the place I'll be recommending to any friends and family in the future. Thanks John, really appreciate you and your crew.

Save time and headache and just take your car or truck/SUV here for repairs. Most honest and hardworking mechanics in San Diego. My car was hit by a driver with no insurance and John the manager at ABX took great care of me. One of the Ford's parts he ordered came in bent and he drove up to Irvine to get the only other one that was available in the US. They work with all insurance companies and their pricing was right on. This is the best place to go is their Sorrento Valley location. My SUV came back looking better than I left it as they washed and detailed it for me. See my before and after photos.
