I had the pleasure of working with Doug Sohn and his company when I was filing my Lemon Law. I was anxious and hesitant about filing against a big car maker anyhow (had a Blind Spot Assist manufacturer issue), let alone just choosing anyone from the internet. What I loved about Doug was that he and his wonderful assistant Eivie spoke to me directly each time. I wasn't passed back and forth between multiple people like I had experienced when I first inquired with a much bigger LA firm. Shortly after we bought our new RV we began to experience issues we thought could be repaired. After several attempts to have the situations rectified, we had concerns over some of the issues that were not adequately addressed.
