Ms Claudia Garcia is my attorney of record. I have been her client since 2018. She is brilliant, she works hard, gets the best for you and will always keep you informed. I had an attorney who was not the best for me and Claudia took my case and now I am inn very good spirits. Ms Garcia also insured that my case was completely closed. From experience, be very careful. The lawyer Claudia Garca charged me $250 dollars in cash, having to pay before you saw her, which was strange and now I understand why they did it like that, to tell me that they couldn't help me, in less than 1 minute. This information could have been provided to me over the phone through his assistant, as other law offices did, which I called later to corroborate. The same information was provided to me without giving me an appointment, without charging me and by phone. When you speak to a professional office, they ask you questions before scheduling an appointment with the lawyer and they inform you if they can assist you, it's that simple. While in his office with his assistant Brenda, I still stressed that I wouldn't want to pay $250 if he couldn't help me. Even the secretary who was there from the other office noticed what was happening and made a comment trying to help and I didn't take it into account. I suggest that you look for lawyers who offer free telephone consultations to see if they can help you. It's a shame that there are people who take advantage of the situations in which we find ourselves. This was a lack of ethics and professionalism. If this is how it was in this, how will your work be? Hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO PAY FOR A CONSULTATION for them to tell you that they cannot help you, for them to answer you in less than 1 minute.
