Jack Stephens and his team are a lifesaver!  They assisted me with gathering all the documents for my mom's will and trust and properties.  It can be overwhelming to determine what documents to keep, whether a draft, original, etc.  They took the time to meet with me and get everything straightened out!  So very appreciated.And, my entire family have trusted them with documents, from three sets of  parents, uncles, my husband and I personally - it is always handled with great attention to detail and expertise.  I HIGHLY recommend them!Vanessa is especially awesome and knowledgeable.Thank you very much!

Mr. Stephens has been providing estate advice for my family since the 1990's. I recently had a new trust created by him to replace my out-of-date trust along with any other documents, such as various medical directives, needed for both me and my wife. I also opted to have Protective Inheritance Trusts for some of my beneficiaries. During the planning process he identified the fact that I needed a new title to my home and took care of submitting the proper paperwork to the recorder and forwarding to me the new title.
I also want to compliment his legal assistant Vanessa Roscoe for her help throughout the creation of the new trust making sure everything stayed on track. She always kept me apprised of where we stood and could answer any question I might have promptly.
