Had 3 pieces done by 2 diff artists (Adam and Colton x2), and I get lots of compliments, besides from loving them myself. Great shop, will be getting all future pieces here. I went in as a walk in and asked what I wanted and O made an appointment to come in for a consult with Kenny. They told me to be there by 1145and I agreed. I ended up running a little late that day but I called at 11am to discussed being delayed. At that time the topic of discussion was their opening time which was listed as 12noon I was confused as their hours of operation were opening at 12 noon. I informed them that I would be there by 12-1215 and asked if that was ok. They said yes. When I got there at 1205 they informed me that Kenny had already started with his client for the day and that I would have to reschedule. I informed them that I called ahead and was given the green light to come down and now they were wasting my time. I apologized for my tardiness, but they were ok with me coming down within the timeframe requested. Kenny the Ariosto reluctantly consulted with me. His true attitude was written all over his face, he was annoyed and put out! I asked if he was ok with things and he said yes so the consult was completed, Ill be it with increasingly bad body language and demeanor. I proceeded to move to set up and the I was informed that they werent doing appointments until November, it was June 11. Wow what a waste of my time! Not getting work done there!
