Found this property on trulia, toured it and was motivated to move in, the leasing agent seemed very reluctant to offer any information in person. I asked the agent how to fill out an application and he informed me he sends them personally. After giving him my information and asking when he would provide an application the response was an immediate message would be sent after we had finished meeting in person. Hours later and after being informed of I had any questions not to hesitate to text email I had not received any response. When I finally received the application I paid $100 for two background checks was approved and received a lease. The first lease has different statements than what described in out in person meeting. After several attempts to reach out and ask questions and have it changed there was an update but the updated lease had different rent payments and changes on how utilities would be paid. When asking for clarity on the lease I was informed rudely that it everything was included but Internet for the price. I asked for the lease to reflect that and tried asking about the Military clause and if there was a picture or drawing of the floor plan so I could plan moving my belongings in and have not received any response since. I emailed the leasing agent, the email address that sent me the lease and the website (which has no phone number) and have not received any response. As I am trying to figure out what happened and get an answer the unit went back on the market for an extra $125 and I never heard back from them. Im out $100 and no place to live.
