Ramiro helped us with our ADU build from design/planning to completion. His help was instrumental throughout the build process too, and the final outcome was well worth the efforts. We receive compliments from everyone visiting the ADU.

We worked with Ramiro to convert our unattached three-car garage into an ADU and we were thrilled with the results. Ramiro's design aesthetic and attention to detail is in a league of its own -- so much so that when we went to rent out the ADU, our realtor nicknamed it the "Garage-Mahal" : ) Ramiro's design of the ADU recently won a 2023 San Diego AIA award and will be featured in Dwell Magazine next month. That's all to say, if you're looking for someone to design a truly unique space, then Ramiro is the architect for the job. I highly recommend working with him for his artistry, efficiency, reliability and ability to meet deadlines. The design experience exceeded all expectations.

Truly, Modern Granny Flat is the ahead of the wave of the future with allowing families to stay together and expand their living options here in our communities.
