He didn't charge me for this service, and also recommended that it was better to use my money for a new washer instead of towards costly repairs. I appreciated the customer service. My 20 year old microwave oven stopped working recently and I wasn't able to find a new one that would fit my existing cabinet, so I was highly motivated to get the old one repaired. I was worried that it would be hard to find somebody who could do it, though, given the age of the oven. Fortunately, Tad solved the problem for me. He was able to diagnose the likely problem over the phone, and came out the same day to fix it. His diagnosis was right, he did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable. He is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. While he was here he also gave me advice about the care and maintenance of our other appliances. I recommend him without reservation, and will definitely be calling him again the next time something breaks down in my house! Service: Microwave repair

My dishwasher was no longer draining, so Tad replaced my drain pump and drain hose. I had reached out the day before and he was able to make the repairs the next day and even had the parts needed in stock. Tad gave me a quote the same day with the price for the parts and his service, while other companies either didnt want to provide a quote or list out what they were going to do.
