Find someone else. I called to have my 6yr old GE washer looked at, as it was not draining. John arrived and before even touching anything, immediately called someone (that seemed sketchy). Within 5 minutes, he told me he had an estimate of $475.00 for a repair. I told him for a little more money, I can buy a brand new washer and told him I would just pay his $70 fee for coming out. As John wrote up my invoice on his phone, I noted that my washer had not even even pulled out and the standing water inside of it had not been disturbed. I asked John if he even pulled out the washer and he said, "I can hear what the problem is". I will never use this company again. The whole phone call as soon as he arrived, the fact that my washer wasn't even pulled out to try to diagnose or fix the issue....the whole thing was sketchy and just a money grab. You have been warned, now use another company.
