I have been dealing with Axis repair for almost 3 weeks. The insurance have been contacting them, not responsive at all. When I call, very hard to understand due to the noise from the office. I have been without fridge for 3 weeks, they cant seem to fix my fridge or say replace it as we cannot fix it. We have been waiting for the report since Monday, today is Thursday and yet to respond or let us know regarding the next step. I do not recommend them at all. Very very poor at responding and fixing any appliance. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Beware! They do not stay true to there Appointment Windows. You would think having a three hour window that they will show up. Last two appointments were not good. Called the technician at the end of the three hour wait period. He said he was running late from previous appointment. This would not have been a big deal if hed at least call me ahead of time. Nope! I initiated the call. Second appointment, two hours and forty five minutes into the three hour window.wife received a call from them saying they would have to reschedule. Dont call this company if you value your time. 0 stars wasnt an option.

Not friendly staff. Since you are stuck with them because is the cheap option GE uses for their guarantee problems they do not try very hard. Dont use them!!!!!

RUN, RUN, RUN....Worst possible service EVER!! Took 3 weeks for approval for repair. I was told it would only take one week. The owner kept saying "I'm thinking about it". Although tech told us it would take $400 to repair, I only paid $360 for fridge. Axis approved repair. Took 2 more weeks for appointment to repair after part arrived. They cancelled the first appointment, rescheduled, then cancelled the second appointment on a Saturday, stating that the part was damaged. (After waiting 3 hours). When I complained to Lowes, they sent them a message and Axis immediately called me to reschedule for Monday to fix my item. If the part was damaged, how could they fix it Monday? They told me they had to re-order the part, which would take a week! I fired them and called Lowes and requested a new provider. Only to be told this was the only provider that Lowes used!!! I requested to escalate the claim through Lowes and they paid me out the total of what the item cost within a few days. Meanwhile I was without this fridge for 6 weeks! I will reconsider buying an another appliance at Lowes due to this.
