        Hector was incredibly prompt and professional fixing our garbage disposal on a Sunday afternoon. He has been here for over 20 years and I have personally seen him at least a dozen times over the last 10 years. Costa Verde is lucky to have him, because hes the true asset on property. Having a reliable maintenance team is what you want especially when paying these sky high rents.

        Great and fast maintenance service assisted by Hector! I submit the request at 11PM to fix the broken shower head. And Hector come to fix within 5 minutes on the second day at 9am
